THE
FINE PRINT: Rooms in the Alpine Inn or
Cozy Cottage ARE NOT available for individual rental; you must
rent the entire Inn or Cottage; we apologize
for any inconvenience this may cause. Two days is the minimally-allowed
stay. Prepaid packages are
non-refundable but, if cancellation is given
at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
date, then you will be permitted to
reschedule. Check-in time is at 4 p.m.
the day you arrive and check-out time is
11:30am
the day of your departure. Sorry, no refunds
for early departures or no-shows!
If circumstances
arise that you must cancel, your payment will be refunded less
the $50.00 deposit and we have at least 9 days notice, if
cancellation is made 8 days or less prior to your arrival
date, you will be charged for the full package price!
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift Certificates are payable in full at time they are issued.
Gift certificates are not refundable once they are issued,
also they are non-transferable. All certificates have an
expiration date which is approximately 365 days from time it
was issued, Gift Certificates must be redeemed by the
expiration date. Sorry, No extension will be given! No refunds
for unused portions of certificate.
